Coomera: Northern Gold Coast’s Emerging Economic Hub

The strategic 47.7ha greenfield site is located within the Coomera Principal Centre zone, designated by Council as a new driver of the city’s economy and the principal centre for the Northern Gold Coast.

Principal Centres provide high order services, employment, retail, civic and community facilities for catchments greater than 200,000 people, and provide for over 15,000 jobs.

Under the zoning, Coomera is transforming into an employment-based and highly accessible transit orientated centre, supported by integrated bus services, rail services, and direct access to the Pacific Motorway for freight.
