The Masterplan
Foxwell Coomera encompasses a strategic 47.7ha site at Foxwell Road, directly opposite Westfield Coomera and 650 metres from the new $2.25 billion Coomera Public Hospital under construction at 41 George Alexander Way.
Over the course of the next decade, the Foxwell Coomera masterplan will create spaces for flagship retail and commercial precincts, a boutique hotel, private day hospital, wellness providers, and residential apartments to co-exist alongside vibrant community parks, lifestyle amenity, and established public transport infrastructure.
More than half of the site is being retained for environmental protection and conservation, and a further 1.6 hectares of bushland will also be rehabilitated and protected along Oakey Creek on the site’s southern boundary.
