Foxwell Coomera is being delivered in a Joint Venture by Keylin and Kinstone Group. The JV Partners are also actively delivering the $650 million Serenity 4212 masterplanned community in Helensvale on the Northern Gold Coast and are awaiting Development Application approval for an infill project at George Alexander Way to meet future housing demand at Coomera.
