Foxwell Coomera is within walking distance of Coomera TAFE and has a number of educational institutions nearby, including Griffith University, St Joseph’s College Coomera, Foxwell State Secondary College, Coomera Rivers State School, Coomera Special School, Coomera Anglican College, and St Stephen’s College.
Health
The Northern Gold Coast is the focus of major private and public sector investment in health and wellness. The 600-bed, $1.3 billion Coomera Public Hospital is under construction and due for completion in 2028. Plans have been approved for Foxwell Coomera’s own Private Day Hospital, the centrepiece of the Health and Wellness precinct. Future stages will include campus-style allied health care, outpatient facilities, rehabilitation, and wellness services, linking to the community’s established amenities.
Retail
Foxwell Coomera is located adjacent to Westfield Coomera, a major retail hub offering a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Foxwell Coomera will provide pedestrian access to the shopping centre from High Street, with an additional signalised pedestrian crossing at Foxwell Road to connect the northern and southern precincts.
Transport
The site is directly accessible via the Pacific Motorway, providing seamless connectivity to Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and beyond. Additionally, it is within walking distance (350m) of Coomera Train Station which connects to the broader Brisbane-Gold Coast rail network. Coomera also benefits from south-east Queensland’s expanding bus network.
Boating
At Coomera, the Boatworks expansion was recently completed, with a $100 million investment delivering a world-class superyacht facility at the Northern Gold Coast. A Leading Australian motor yacht manufacturer has also completed a multi-million-dollar expansion of its Gold Coast Plant at the Coomera Marine Precinct.
